Stress Management: Stress Free Living - Yes, it can be achieved!

So, how would it be if you could discover how to move quickly and easily from a ‘stressed state’ into a ‘relaxed and controlled emotional state’?

The skills you need to release anxiety and feel more positive are easy for you to learn. You will then be able to employ these new skills and techniques whenever you feel the need, and see the positive results increase.

Relaxation Session

This is a 50 min relaxation session for groups or individuals.

• Learn how to breathe in such a way that will effortlessly allow your mind to slow down and calm your nervous system.

• My voice will guide you into a state where you experience all the wonderful sensations of deep relaxation.

• During this process your mind can ‘let go’ of those racing thoughts and you can just enjoy all the sensations of deep relaxation.

A free CD is available to allow you to enter a lovely state of deep relaxation whenever you want to. The more you listen to it the more effective it will become and the easier you will find it to relax any time you need to.
